Addendum, I tested water and everything is normal save for pH, which did rise from 7 to 7.4ish. I suppose this could be the culprit, so any ideas on how to lower it would be appreciated.
It could be a lot of different things as there are a lot of unknowns. Test water for ammonia levels. Also, this is just what it looks like to me but it could have been a complication while molting, could be solved by adding minerals to water.
