When I had a betta with shrimps, he’ll occasionally nip at adult shrimps that are out in the open and highly likely he’d eat the larvae. But looking at your tank, seems like you may have enough hiding spots where the betta cannot access to provide refuge for your shrimps and their larvae so hopefully it wouldn’t be too much of an issue losing a few shrimps here and there.
I added my betta to an established shrimp tank. She ripped one of their legs off day 1. Had to set up a new tank for them and ended up with 3 left out of 20 lolol. Your tank has great hiding spaces though!
