  1. I had Shrimp die within 12 hours of bringing them back. I stuck a full beneficial bacteria starter liquid kit in then waited a week and tried again then and the shrimp survived fine. The Betta appeared to eat two the shrimp though lol. Which I think is a good thing because that’ll let us go ahead and get a rather large shrimp load and know the betta will control their numbers.

When the shrimp died the betta was apparently extremely stressed. It would just circle the corner with it’s face against the glass seemingly apparently just trying to escape the entirety of the time. It would ignore food and it’d pile up on the bottom. After the beneficial bacteria it started exploring the tank and now it eats so much we’re afraid we could overfeed and kill it if we didn’t regulate.

Now I’m trying to figure out why the plants are going yellow, getting spotted, and acidically like dieing.
