they do that to keep them clean and healthy, because the eggs will rot if they aren’t constantly moving 🙂 shrimp sometimes drop eggs if they’re stressed or if it’s their first pregnancy. I’ve never seen mine drop eggs but in my experience their clutches get bigger after the 2nd or 3rd time, it’s like they make more room or something
