I would be doubtful about the whisker shrimp I didn’t think my large female was aggressive but I witnessed it grab a small golden gourami. (This was back when I was very inexperienced so the gourami might have been stressed anyway) but yeah just watch out the females especially are opportunistic and will grab small fish now or later when they get larger (3-4”)

Yeah with those pincers, I don’t think it’s a true ghost, especially when you mentioned it’s noticeably big.
I hesitate to buy ghost shrimps now after apparently the pet shop missold the wrong species and I saw one of them tearing up my betta’s fins.

Amano: I don’t see a dark line, or line of dots, along the tail. Recently molted?
Ghost: body looks too translucent/opaque to be a ghost shrimp.
