Neos are very much over saturated – just post on aquaswap/local groups – and take what you can get. As for cleaning – try and think about it the other way, how to prevent the mess, get a dish so the food goes on the dish – remove it once they have ate. Shrimp don’t have a high bioload, and require less water maintenance than fish – what does “clean” mean to you, in this context? Fresh water? Clear water? When changing water does it hit the bottom and mix the tank etc
