Looks more like Rhabocella. A fairly harmless cousin of planaria. Planaria are larger and have a triangle/spade shaped head.
Throw a layer of sand and some dry leaf litter. The planaria will live amongst the litter and eat microscopic organisms that get introduced from your plants and live in the substrate.
