What is that this? Seems to be like white balls. Solely neo shrimp, thriller snail, pest snail, 1 swordtail and 1 rainbowfish in tank

Some sort of eggs with fungus on them.
Also, rainbowfish and swordtails are shoaling fish, get some more if your tank can handle it.
Snail eggs?
They look like snail eggs but they’re not clustered like snail eggs
If you feed pellets some may have have sunk to the bottom and just started growing fungus
