it looks like hygrophila pinnatifida a plant ive always wanted to grow but it died in my tank no clue why, but they are grown similarly to java fern or Anubias you can also bury it in the sand, but they need a lot of potassium, and iron either in the water column or soil; especially potassium they are a sponge for potassium. And decent lights probably medium to high, I assume my hygrophilia died that way but idk.
