Yes, I think they would love this.
This would be great for them! One thing I’d watch out for is the guppies – they might stress you shrimp out and are known to eat them. You have enough plants that a shrimp colony could probably hide in and minimize guppy damage
I don’t know about your shrimp but mine prefer NBA over MLB.
