I know the water test looks like there are small amounts of chlorine but thats not the case, as i am having daphnia thriving in another tank with the same water source.
Your tank only has 20 shrimps after a year? Why weren’t they breeding? You should be having hundreds. There might be copper or other toxins in that water that you’re unaware of.
