Unfortunately after having a read through that quite frankly shocking thread I would suggest you get in contact with your bank and claim the money back.
They apparently Doxxed a reddit user and posted her full name and address… not a good company.
I know in the US once you make a claim banks usually will try to contact the seller themselves and if they dont get anything back they’ll give you your money.
If push comes to shove, file a chargeback. It’s what I would do. Just be prepared to never do business with them again as usually merchants will block the card. Which is probably for the best anyways.

Charge back and forget about them, way better places. Not sure where but I just know they’re better than that guy.
