Problem with this deep BW is that you won’t actually be able to enjoy the shrimp because no shrimp colour will “pop” in this tank – reds/whites – nothing. You might some CRS moving around, but it’ll still be quite dark and with that KH and pH, neos will do better.
I recommend cutting back on the leaves, do some water changes, get it to the point where you can actually enjoy the shrimp visually if that’s the goal.
If you don’t want to compromise on the intensity of your blackwater setup you could lean into it with black rose or chocolate neos.
