That’s literally a juvenile centipede. I’ve no idea how it got into your tank but you answered your own question so good job. 👍
Who knows how these things get in there. I once found a horned caterpillar on top of the lily pads in my tank; a very non aquatic, tomato eating caterpillar that was fat and thriving.
