How well does your filter do hanging from the side? I’m debating putting mine there in my 29 gal but worried about lack of flow and detritus buildup on the far end.
Also i think a school of smaller, but not super flashy, fish would look great in here, maybe rummy nose tetras, zebra danios, cherry barbs, galaxy rasboras, etc.
