Tiny floating stuff? More likely tiny crustaceans.
Blobs attached to glass and other surfaces is most likely snail eggs.
They leave it EVERYWHERE.

Vorticella can stick to plants. If the blobs retract when you touch them, then it’s likely to be vorticella (or something similar).
