It’s an Asian leech. No danger to the shrimp. It eats Detritus worms, animal protein and the odd baby snail.
I saw your comment on my post and just got a chance to click over to yours. I agree it’s a leech. If you’re like me, you’re gonna want to tear the whole tank apart when you see more than one. Good luck!
