I use the tropica standard one and bio co2 which arguably is more important.
Also please remove the basket and everything of the stone wool (under running water or in a bucket, it is quite easy to pull off roots) you can, not only can roots rot in there it is also a place for all sorts of things you don’t want to develop in.
If you have inert substrate the sword will probably need root tabs, I use Seachem Flourish tabs and they’re good. The rest you can use a liquid all in one fertilizer like Seachem Flourish or Aquarium co op easy green if you’re in the US. Only do ferts if the plants start showing signs of nutrient deficiencies
