I used mosquito netting for mine lol
As a shrimp keeper, you will still get shrimp in the filter. They are little hide and seek champions. I’ve seen my shrimp climb through the output. I have tried so much to shrimp proof my filter I still find hidden colonies in there.
Update: the other missing Amano made it two rooms away! Wow
