Lol I’m so confused by your comments but definitely laughed.
If you are worried about guppies eating fry, definitely separate them in two different tanks.
Shrimp are more sensitive, so keep them in the old established tank.
You can fish-in cycle with guppies but be prepared to test water daily in the 10g and water change if ammonia is over 0.25ppm.
