Unfortunately in my experience changing the water parameters of shrimp, like when moving to a new environment, near molting leads to a high rate of death.
If your shrimp is moved to a tank with a lower concentration of tds then it’s body will swell from osmotic pressure and cause an attempted molt before it’s new shell is fully formed causing death.
If it’s moved to a higher tds tank then it’s body can shrink causing it to not be able to break out of its old shell causing death.
Very hard to avoid this situation completely whenever you get new shrimp unless you approximate the same tds as the water they came in.
Honestly, from my personal experience, some shrimp die after being introduced to new water they aren’t used to. It sucks but it is what it is.
Part of it is stress from getting moved about. Part of it is they may have been kept in different water params. If you test the water they came in, sometimes you can match the params with ro water and remineralizer.
People tend to notice right when they go in and during water changes.
Don’t see any particular issue with your params or method of introduction.
Unless you think there is something wrong with the water in the tank chemically in which case, try carbon, I would leave things be for the shrimp to settle for as long as the params and tds cooperate. They should bounce back.
Feed sparingly, they usually don’t take to food right when you get them anyways I’ve found. This will help you keep params in check. They scrounge around for biofilm just fine usually.
