I had this same issue last night. I have a young tank but have never had measurable ammonia levels. I added shrimp salt to add some hardness and my ammonia shot to .25. Not sure if this is just a temporary thing from adding it in or what
Weird. I tested my ammonia right after adding 50% RO water with salty shrimp GH+ to my tap water and my ammonia was 0. The left test tube looks like a 0 ammonia result to me but hard to tell without a white backdrop, the others are strangely cloudy but slightly green so maybe the salty shrimp is reacting with the reagent. May reach out to the manufacturer? The test liquid should be clear or the stuff hasn’t properly dissolved.

I’m also about to use this stuff but I don’t have any shrimp so won’t be a problem but of course will be when I have to do it again after getting them
