Not sure about an identification, it almost looks like a leech but I’m not sure that they attach themselves to adult shrimp that way. I would start with a salt dip, afaik most wormy parasites will fall off pretty quickly. Definitely get that guy into a quarantine tank tho and remove any molts immediately
After taking the video I noticed the one coming out of its butt is also on it’s under-abdomen in this video as well between its legs. I removed it and another that had some and have them in a quarantine, I’m going to get aquarium salt today to do the suggested dip. Thank you

I have some shrimp with the same parasite. Im not sure what it is, but hoping someone can help!
