No. It looks like it could be a female and she has eggs on her saddle. Not the same thing. Close pics would help out a lot before making such a move.
He’s just a wild coloration shrimpie nothing wrong with him and no harmful at all. Just leave him be. I have a bunch like that one and they cause no harm.
