Bamboo shrimps ideally want a large tank with heavy flow to bring the food to them due to their anatomy and being filter feeders!
If your wanting to get a new tank, I’d get one and set it up, get it established and ready for the bamboo shrimp, move them over. And then get some neocradina for this bowl maybe 6 of them 👍

That is far too small for 4 filter feeders. Bamboo shrimp should be in a much larger tank.
