They should have some color by 1cm in length and definitely colored by 2cm. These are wild types unfortunately. The two colored shrimp are definitely jades and may darken in time.

For an online seller can’t expect too much. Greens are not as developed as reds and yellows
Also you have light colored substrate which affects their color a lot.
