Current usually okay if not preferred as long as there are places for them to hide and chill away from it. Also, I regularly watch my shrimp swim through my airstone/filter bubbles in 10G. They seem to enjoy it as I assume it also keeps a good flow of microorganisms around the tank.

I’ve seen shrimp enjoy riding bubbles, but this much power will probably stress them out. I’d suggest looking into a sponge filter for that size tank

Sadly you used Seeds. Those are usually a plant that is not a aquatic plant, meaning in some time it will rot off and look horrible
