  1. Yes, it does look like it. Keep an eye on your other shrimp. It is highly contagious. I’m currently fighting it in my tank as well.

    Remove the corpse, if you haven’t already. And cull any shrimp that has a milky looking color. I’ve removed about 50 shrimp from my tank.

  2. this happened in my nursery tank. I treated it with hydrogen peroxide, glasgarten shrimp fit+, botanicals, and frequent water changes. Unfortunately once a shrimp turns white, it’s usually too far gone to save. I ended up losing all but 2 of my adult shrimp, but the treatment helped save the babies. Good luck!!
