He definitely looks like a whisker shrimp. You can see the large claws. And ghost shrimp are the ones with orange so him not having them points that way too. Was he bigger than the other shrimp? There are a couple different species labeled whisker shrimp but there are just very minor differences.
ETA: if he is a whisker shrimp (pretty sure yes) they need to be fed more frequently than ghost shrimp because they don’t do the same sort of grazing on biofilm and such. Like daily.
