Most of my feminine grass shrimp have been berried for the previous 8 weeks, however eggs will not hatch. Any concept what is going on on?
Sorry for the horrible pic btw, I had about 3 minutes to take a quick pic of a berried shrimp before my lights shut off for the night. She has the fewest eggs, but is the only one that would stay still enough to even be recognized as a shrimp
Cant quite tell type but there are certain shrimp that while can get berried in normal fresh water the babies wont survive unless its brackish water, I think this is one. I have them too and they never have babies that survive. Caradina shrimp will get berried and have babies just fine in freshwater so maybe look into those. Also they are super colourful and look amazing.
