Personally I’m pretty worried about the filter on that tank. If shrimp are small enough to fit into the holes, they absolutely will get sucked up. Maybe see if any other owners of that tank have needed to modify it to house shrimp.
Have you been doing water changes on this tank? If not then I would check the TDS (or gh and kh if u have) to make sure its not too high from tap water.

Is it cycled? Check the GH and KH to be sure they’re in range with that coral in there.
