Could be the start of mating, but they go belly to belly for that I think. One could also just be eating stuff off the other or capitalizing on free transportation.

Add shrimp/snail salt minerals to your tank. I use it for my snails shell health. Should give it a try for your shrimp even though Amano babies are hard to keep alive.
