All fertilizers have minuscule amounts of copper and will be safe to use in a shrimp tank. Tropica is no exception and would be 100% safe.
Even shrimp need trace amounts of copper.

I’ve used it in shrimp tanks before.
Its fine i have been using it for the last 6 months witb no problems at all in a full cherry shrimp tank and plants
