It looks like they’re eating algae in the sand which would cause that green stomach. I say this because the sand looks greenish from my observations of the photos.
I’m not an expert on shrimp parasites but my anecdotal experience tells me it is algae.

There stomach turns whatever color of food they have been eating. Kinda fun
Just a heads up, your “ghost shrimp” looks very similar to mine that ended up not being a ghost shrimp.
