You can test with me and I can show you with photos how to insulate and ship anything with heatpacks for cheap. Priority boxes are free and you can order at USPS, heatpacks are cheap in bulk on Amazon 72 hr ones, then you can buy (6)2×6 sheets of Styrofoam insulation sheets at home depot for like 10 bucks then cut it to fit the box. I can show you the boxes and photos of how I do it thru dms. Just start a chat with me. I can send you measurements of how to cut everything as well for a perfect fit into the box.

I live in the UK so weather might be a little different where you are but I have sent shrimp in tempratures of 3°c and they all where fine.
