Moss. Get a huge clump on one of the sides. They just love it since it grows pretty thick
Pellia or Süsswassertang are great for this, they make dense clumps with a ton of surface area for newly hatched shrimp to hide in. Adults will hide under it as well but once your shrimp population increases you will see some of them out and about.
