Neos are actually pretty durable as far as shrimp go. My water is different than my lfs, and I drip acclimate for about 2 hours, and I’ve never had an issue. I think out of the last 30 I’ve gotten, I’ve lost 4. Mainly because the first batch I didn’t drip acclimate and just temp acclimated and dropped them in. Lost 3 in that bunch.

GH and pH both too low. Your kH may be too high- is the edge reaction true?
You want more GH than kH, most shrimp salts are like 2:1.
