How long has it been setup? Any reason you are leaving a couple inches from the top? Is that a filter in the back left corner? If not you need one.
PS. if you mix Red and Blue shrimp together you will make wild/brown ones. so best to stick to one color unless you dont mind it.
also Caridina and Neo’s need different water parameters. They can both survive in either, but Caridina wont breed/thrive in high PH and Neo’s typically wont breed/thrive in low PH.
in terms of quantity, you can literally have 100+ shrimp in a 10g without a problem.
