Go for the amano, bettas can’t eat those.
Just don’t. Shrimp are naturally on the bottom of the food chain for a reason. To answer your question:
Does the tank have enough hiding spaces for shrimp? Yes.
Will it stop the betta from having an expensive meal? Absolutely not.
It’s only stalling the inevitable.
Don’t betta love shrimps you will give it a very expensive meal. Talking from experience
