unlike fish shrimp cannot swim indefinitly in the water column… just my 0.2c
but as other said, give them time to see their real color
I hate ordering shrimp online because sellers always try to scam you by sending you low grades for high grade prices. I would try and get your money back for the blues, they’re ugly.

Observe the grayish shrimp for the next couple days/weeks, shrimp lose their colours when stressed
