  1. These shrimp often required bery cycled tanks, if the tank was set up only a couple weeks ago you may face problems. What are your parameters looking like? It seems like you are running fruval stratum, or another buffering substrate. If so, buffering substrates remove most if not all of the KH from the water (carbonate hardness), neocaridina shrimp like the orange sunkist usually need some sort of kh between 3-4 (60-80 ppm) for the best molts. When I had my shrimp in buffering substrate i had a lot of failed molt issues. I also see a co2 setup which often lowers the ph quickly when it is turned on, a large change in ph like this is harmful to these shrimps along with the buffering substrate which already lowers ph on its own.
