Can anybody inform me what is going on right here and if one thing is incorrect with one in all my shrimp.

It only moved when the other one got in it’s face, so I think it was just reacting defensively.
wondering about this: if it’s stuck in the molt maybe could it be dying (or just weak?) or something and so the other shrimp might be trying to go for it? just a thought, but ofc i could 1000% be wrong as i’m still new to shrimp keeping myself. unless that’s how that one just happens to look?
Maybe stuck in molt.
Could be most reacting to the other shrimp and possibly the copepods. My tank is similar with so many copepods and some shrimps act the same way as yours
