I gave my planted Nano aquarium a little bit of a spruce- up as we speak.
Floating clod of grass obtained break up, cleaned, trimmed and replanted. the grass has doubled within the month I’ve had it. I actually prefer it, disgrace it’s such a detritus magnet…
Cleaned the filter (squish the tiny sponges in a cupful of tank water, repeat till the water is obvious) and scraped the entrance pane.
Skimmed the scum off the floor (what’s it???) and wafted the grass to get the detritus off it (lesson- soak spider wooden earlier than placing it in your tank. The fungus that grows on it goes away ultimately, however turns into a pest in a small tank). Cleaned the Marino ball (identical methodology because the filter).
