Scuds. Harmless unless your doing some specific breeding. Some fish will gladly eat them.
I don’t mind scuds. They like other micro fauna will eat detritus.
You should start doing QT and maybe dips on your incomming plants to prevent pests/disease/algae/hitchhikers into your tank.
