Could be, do you see any distinctive round things when you look? It’s kinda hard to tell from the pic but I think there are eggs.
To keep shrimplets alive give them places to hide from fish. I recommend a big ol thick bush of Java moss or two.
No, there are no visible eggs under her tail. But she’s currently got unfertilized eggs in her ovaries so it’s just a matter of time.
