Bamboo Shrimps are filter-feeding shrimp and like to stay at certain place. They require very high water flow with some of debris, and also established tank (longer than 2-3 months old)
They are somewhat sensitive to any chemical as well, including chlorine from tap water, or fish medication. I don’t know the exact parameters, but the water shouldn’t be either too clean nor dirty.
In short, provide decent filter with very high flow / avoid too frequent water changing and dosing any chemicals.
I lost mine because of reasons above. From what I’ve seen, your shrimp may dying now, I saw this before, but couldn’t save them. I’m sorry.
