Hard to tell from the video, but I would’ve guessed copepods, so maybe look online to see if the description matches. Harmless, but overfeeding will cause a boom in the population.
I’m just surprised no one has started interrogating you about how your tank is hanging off the table yet. I can’t really see anything in the video, but unless they look like shell-less snails with diamond shaped heads, or tiny little 5-armed palm trees made of spiderweb, they’re almost definitely harmless.
