That’s not walstad at all but it’ll probably work. You lack actual dirt and your substrate isn’t deep enough to be considered walstad. Keep in mind the smaller the tank the less walstad type tanks work.
If that is a seiryu stone it will chemically interact with the active substrate and shorten its life. Have you cycled the ammonia out of the amazonia?
