They are quite capable of fixing themselves, a couple of months back I bought a shrimp with one leg missing, and now she’s growing a new one!
Just provide good water conditions and hope with the next molt it gets fixed
don’t do anything. Just keep your fingers crossed for this little poor guy. Any “surgical” attempt could make things much worse for it
