Prob too many nutrients / too much light.
I’d recommend to look at rehoming the Phoenix Rasboras in there to a 10G+ tank mid to long term.
Get a UV sterilizer and turn lights off during day if near natural light.
has there been an increase in natural sunlight , there has here ive grown quite a bit this week
